Spring Street House
The Spring Street House was the second property given to Family Promise by the North Georgia Conference of the UMC. In January 2016, Family Promise received $31,653 grant funded by the Junior League of Hall County to go toward the Spring Street renovation.
Early stages of interior renovation revealed extensive termite damage in the existing structure. Progress was halted while options were evaluated. In the fall of 2016, HomeAide contacted us with the solution.

Jim Chapman Communities, through a partnership with HomeAide Atlanta, donated the 2017 IBS Showhome to the Next Step Program. This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom modular home worth $300,000 was completed in March of 2017.
